Who Am I?

I am a 22 year old property investor and construction quantity surveyor who has a passion for property. I am a property investor myself and have a speciality for BRRR HMO's

My Story

I grew up in sunny Rotherham in South Yorkshire. I went to Rawmarsh Comprehensive School and then studied at Thomas Rotherham College. After I left, I became an apprentice electrician but decided it wasn't for me. Like many at a young age, I changed jobs, and became a construction quantity surveyor. I have been a trainee quantity surveyor working on numerous small and multi-million pound projects for 3 years now and continue to develop my knowledge on construction and especially how to price up a job. Although enjoying my job, what I enjoy more is property investing and that is why I created Rodgers and Co Properties Ltd. I source property deals to provide an unmatched service for my investors which brings me huge pride and joy, while also investing in some properties my self.
